A beautiful place to stay, so close to everything! My only concern is that I had some troubles locking the balcony doors, which worried me as I was staying there with my kids. Otherwise perfect and exactly what we were after!

The property was very clean; but at this price point, small maintenance issues really stand out. Items such as paint peeling, wall cracks, and non functioning lights make the property look tired and unloved.

The place is very run down, dirty, dark. Doors to balcony didn't lock due to building moving. Sheet were clean, but blankets had dried food marks. They need washing. The springs in the bed keep jabbing me in different places every time i rolled over. Drains in the bathroom blocked. The seal around the bath was gone, so water will be leaking under the bath. Dishers dirty enough to stick together, gross. We will never stay there again.

Tv, Stereo, Beds were all out dated no blue tooth. Bed in master bedroom had a crack in it so had to be careful not to break it . Bathrooms need a make over especially for 200 plus dollars a night . For the money I paid disappointing room . Good service at service desk nice pool close to beach was a positive.

Great Stay in an Excellent Location

A very nice and spacious two bedroom apartment right in between the metro station (Florida Gardens) and the beach (Wharf Road Beach). Even with the facility being a little dated, everything was in proper working condition. Even with the beach so close, we enjoyed staying by the heated pool and the spa pool in the evenings. All in all, great service and would defiantly recommend staying!

The unit we had was tired, had broken bed head, leaking taps and very tired kitchen. It was functional, but owners need to spend some dollars to upgrade. Don't know what other the units are like or if in similar condition. The grounds and common areas were great.

The location of the resort is great close by to places we want to go. However, the conditions of the accommodation is outdated and the carpet is very old. Very poor renovation to the bathroom. The bed was not good. It has no springs and it sinks when you sleep on it. Bad for back. I had a soared back after sleeping in that bed. We arrived on the weekend and had no WiFi connection access given till Monday. After given access, we could not connect WiFi either as it keeps saying account expires or something.
