House rules \- The person making a booking must be present at key collection with our concierge or lock box. \- Please check out by 10am unless otherwise arranged, late check-outs may incur a “late checkout” fee of $75. \- Please respect the neighbours, and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm, this includes loud music. \-In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, we have a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy.
