This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week. \- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used \- Booking tax notice: Starting august 16 2023, A $10 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation - This is labled as a service fee Please note: A pet fee of $110 per stay, will be charged separately to reservation total. Insect and Pests- QLD is a tropical climate in which insects, rodents, lizards and other animals such as possums and snakes unfortunately exist and you may encounter these pests during your stay. All of our homes are treated regularly with insecticides and the residue of these treatments may sometimes leave some dead insects in the properties. This is not a sign of infestation, rather that the treatment is working. Please notify us immediately if you see any live insects, so we may take appropriate action. An encounter with a pest inside or outside of your rental is not reason for termination of your rental agreement nor a refund of all or any part of your monies. You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.
