Cushions on the couch were cheap. The walls could do with a wipe over as they were quite dirty in spots. I have stayed in the same building ( Mantra) so when I saw the apartment i was familiar with the location convenience but nothing prepared me for the apartment! We demanded an immediate refund from the rude agent, stuck with two small kids late night hunting for a hotel to stay was not in how you we imagined to start our holiday! It is miserable to have no internet in today’s world, especially when you are on holidays as you rely heavily on internet connection to stay in touch with friends and family.
