The condition of the apartment was good - tidy enough, spacious, good sized kitchen and main bedroom. To be picky, the only shortcomings would be; 1) basement parking - the spaces are very small, and is tricky with a larger car to navigate in the confined area. 2) the airconditioning to the main bedroom was a little under-powered, where as the main living areas would be very cold. 3) we needed to slightly move the couch to revover a dropped item, to find pens, books and dirt/rubbish underneath it. As I mentioned, this is just being picky. Apartment was roomy and had a luxurious feel but probably needed a little love with some scratches on doors and walls (not that it effected our stay at all). Amenities in the hotel were great. But the only issue is there is no wifi. It was very difficult for us as my kids were bored. So didnt like it.
