Great location, quiet area, good layout of suite, well equipped kitchen, even has its own laundry. Receptionist friendly and helpful. Falls down in the cleaning, not dirty but would expect better. And the furnishings, you don't fix saggy sofa springs by putting a sheet of chipboard under the cushions! We had to carry 30kg suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. These suitcases were dragged down the stair case and 3am for an early morning flight and woke people up. We could hear people in the other rooms and their TVs. We had maintenance people knock on our door early in the morning to service the air conditioning that we were not expecting. The pool was dirty. The walls and curtains were filthy. Nice on the outside but extremely disappointed with the inside. A torn cushion on the the sofa bed, no mattress in the sofa bed?? Wobbly table and unstable chairs, the curtains were dirty, faded and wouldn’t open properly among other things. The decor was unappealing, it seemed that management wanted to renovate but with no money? Very poorly decorated.
