Got email asking what time we would arrive 2days before but no other communication. We presumed (stupidly) that there would be a receptionist to give us a key. On arrival there was no way to get in- on all my documents no phone number. I emailed the only contact which the one asking for our ETA and no answer. Luckily an elderly couple in a ground floor flat saw us and tried to help eventually getting through to the complex owner who told us how to get in. We were extremely grateful to them for taking the trouble to help. After 2+ hours I got an email from the owner with instructions on how to get in- bit late!
