Legacy 1 is located on the ground floor of a small block of units across from North Kirra/ Bilinga beach. This unit offers 2 bedrooms - master with queen and second with single bunks, and bathroom with walk in shower. The unit has been updated and features wooden floorboards and white plantation shutters throughout. The unit also features a well equipped kitchen and living area which leads out to your own private courtyard at the front, offering refreshing sea breezes. Ceiling fans in the loungeroom and master bedroom plus a pedestal fan in the 2nd bedroom. There are also communal laundry facilities and a single lock up garage for your convenience. This is affordable beachfront living in the finest position. \* This property does not offer Wi-Fi. \* \* Please note from May 2025 - early 2026, there will be road and path upgrades taking place on Pacific Parade, which may restrict parking and driveway access. The noise from machinery was unreal. I have to say that the Gold Coast City council workers were very apologetic about the noise If we had known about the works we'd have booked somewhere else.
