No pool towels provided and weren’t advised to bring our own, we had to use our shower towels for the pool. No extra linen provided. Can’t contact anyone over the weekend, so if you need anything , or have a question, no one is available. It’s strictly stated NOT TO CONTACT THE HOTEL if you require anything. Deposit was processed and have to wait for refund. Was contacted about not dropping off keys and had to send a photo of the keys that were left on the counter as per instructions.
