Featuring stunning ocean views, the apartment is a short walk to supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants, including North Burleigh Surf Club.  
  
This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.  
  
  
  
Relax and enjoy a generous private balcony, making an ideal spot for whale-watching during the May-November season.  
  
The family-friendly Solnamara complex features a heated swimming pool and secure underground car park, plus access to patrolled beaches, BBQs, children’s playground and tree-lined walking path.

Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:

▪️ General construction activity near some properties
