With its 3 bedrooms, it offers enough space for 5 adults + 1 child up to 3 years in the children's travel bed. In addition, can be extended to the couch in the living area to sleep couch. The combined living / cooking and dining area with the modern and integrated kitchen line leaves nothing to be desired with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster and various kitchen utensils. The first bedroom has a double bed with cold foam mattresses (1,60m x 2,00m / H3), flat screen TV, adjustable bed bases, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed with foam mattresses (1.60m x 2.00m / H3), bedside tables, flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. In the third bedroom there is a single bed (0,90m x 2,00m) with bedside table and a wardrobe. Two bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, washing area, toilet, hairdryer and towel radiator. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and provide a pleasant warmth. For our younger guests is 1x travel cot (without extra mattress, without Bettinlett) and 1x high chair included. A private parking space (No. 3) is located in the underground car park (entrance height: 2,00 m) of the house. Pets are not allowed in the apartment! The initial equipment of a linen package (complete linen, 1 shower towel, 2 small towels) you can until 14 days before arrival for 15.00 & # 128; Book per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. The Villa Anni is situated in a quiet yet central location in the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren. The house, built in 2016 with a total of 8 residential units, is a modern new building, but thanks to its architecture and color scheme, it fits stylishly into the classic bath architecture of the Baltic Sea resort. The non-smoking apartment 3 is located on the ground floor and includes spacious 83sqm. In about 7 minutes you reach the Nordstrand with amber promenade and health resort - here is also the station of the Kleinbahn Rasender Roland - and in about 15 minutes you reach the natural south beach. Das Rost im Backofen war sehr verklebt, wir haben es nicht benutzt. In der Kaffeemaschine war noch der Filter vom Vorgänger. Topflappen waren sehr schmutzig. Den Tischläufer haben wir sehr verkleckert in einem Schieber entdeckt. In der Dusche waren die Seifenaufhänger ebenfalls sehr schmutzig. Die Halterung der Dusche war kaputt. Die Kissen auf dem Sofa haben wir auch nicht als sauber empfunden. Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, vielleicht braucht das Reinigungsteam etwas mehr Zeit für so eine große Wohnung.Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in Göhren.Herzliche Grüße Fam.
