From the balcony there is a glimpse of the view over the Baltic Sea to the chalk cliffs up Sassnitz. There is a large living room with dining area, two separate bedrooms, separate kitchen with breakfast table, bathroom with shower and a spacious Loggia with balcony furniture. Since the apartment is allergy-friendly, pets are not allowed. Es gab alles was man braucht. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Betten bequem. Man konnte von dort aus sehr gut alles erreichen, da sie zentrumsnah liegt.Der Ort lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Strand ist in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, mit Sicht aufs Meer und alles Nötige per Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gut war auch die Garage in der auch der Pkw ein paar Tage "Urlaub" hatte. Jeden Morgen leckere Brötchen auf dem Balkon mit herrlichem Ostseeblick über die Bucht bis zu den Kreidefelsen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar: Zwei Strände, Rasender-Roland-Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wanderwege. Die Kinder haben ihre Alleingänge zum Strand geliebt! :) Wir sind viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs gewesen und haben die wunderschöne Umgebung des Mönchsguts genossen.
