No toilet/shower on small rooms

The smallest rooms only has public toilets/showers despite listing Restroom on the booking. App nfc keys do not work well. Vending machine says majority is empty despite having items visible. Parking options far away. But café next door has great breakfast.

The room wasn't cleaned regularly, despite that I asked one time for service to organize it. I putted the paper outside of the door when I lived the hotel, just for cleaning my room, but unfortunately it didn't work. So it will be wonderful if clean service regularly check the room.

I enjoyed the atmosphere you managed to create in a very limited space. However i disliked the very audible and still pretty loud subwoofer of the club next door hammering on until 11:30PM.

The hostel is located right in between two clubs, so staying there on weekends or any day on which the clubs are open is not recommended at all. You may be able to cancel the noise with earplugs but the bass will remain. I couldn't sleep and left the hostel in the middle of the night to stay in a proper hotel with quiet rooms. The staff at the hostel couldn't help and I haven't received an answer since my stay - I guess they won't get back to me for any compensation. Very bad experience and my first time ever ever that I left an accommodation early. Also, the rooms are small and heat up easily without any proper ventilation plus the doors let light shine through. Definitely not recommended! In the end I'm just wondering... Who in their right mind would put a hostel between two clubs!?

The only thing that I can remark about is that the remote for the ceiling lamp was hard to handle and possibly needed battery replacement. Otherwise the quality was very high when the low price is considered.

Bathroom and shower are dirty on both side female and male bathrooms, bedroom shaking squaeking sound need to be fix to not much sound from other rooms people making love, filters in bedroom art dusty on the top from cold air coming through the bedroom so cold,staff who are cleaning taken long hours to clean a room talking phone for long hours, strong smell in hallway,no warm water in bedroom, if 2 staff work the from desk than both can switch side clean female locker room and an man bathroom, the toliet doesn't flush standing up peeing it big strong smell in those if doesn't work they need add a sign say don't work, when I was crossing over from people cleaning they have many bag on one side it hard get around the area so I don't fall, walls isn't sound proof, they need replace air filter to air condition unit and clean room where dust coming from the room so it not so cold and smell dust from unit, I throw my trash away from my room no one said room service, and one more thing there was no pillow cover for the pillow I was using as well. Thanks for having me hope they fix this issues.

Disappointed.

Disappointed! Had singel room. Only cold water in the room, not even hot water in the toiletsink. Shared shower with very high water pressure where you must undress/dress in the shared pissoar (!). Quite hot in the room with quite bad air. Was also disturbed by noise from the nearby disco during the night. The app did not work, fortunately saved by the reseptionist who gave me a key card. I will probably not use the Box hotel again.

You get even less than you pay for.

Well that wasn’t very nice. I found three different types of hair in the room, none of them mine. The sink leaked and there was only cold water from the tap. The mattress wasn’t only tiny but also sloped off towards the edge, making it very uncomfortable. The carpet was partly disintegrating and overall filthy. As the walls are plaster board, you literally hear everything. Some of the guests didn’t seem to care at all and made noise till past midnight. Needless to say I won’t be coming back.

We didn't realize that this hotel is right next to a night club, and the walls are NOT soundproof. (despite the info on Expedia) We heard everything from the dance music pounding until 4 AM to the extremely drunk guy that kept trying to get into our room after the club closed. He then proceeded to vomit right outside of our room, then he passed out on the floor next to our door and snored so loudly that we couldn't sleep even after the music had stopped. Again, the rooms are NOT soundproof. It was an awful night, we didn't sleep at all, and it ruined our homecoming with friends later that day because we were utterly exhausted. Also, there was no staff to help or monitor the drunk man outside of our room, and this didn't feel safe. Overall, I liked the concept of the Boxhotel. But this one is situated next to a noisy club, and the staff weren't around to help us. We won't be staying at this hotel again.

Es war sehr kalt im Zimmer. Im Winter ist es nicht so optimal. Das kalte Wasser war durch die Kälte noch unangenehmer. Ich habe mich mit dickem Pulli und dickem Schal im Zimmer aufgehalten. Im Sommer war es dort immer okay und völlig ausreichend. Im Winter sollten Menschen die schnell frieren lieber etwas mehr ausgeben und ein Zimmer mit eigener Dusche und Warmwasser buchen.
