We loved the included bike tour and garden tour, complete with fruit tasting from their crops. The shuttle bus down to Ubud was also very useful. The staff for these these activities deserve special mention. The food was really lovely, with the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on the 3rd floor being particularly noteworthy. Staff took care to check in with us every few days and ask, for example, if there was anything else we wanted for breakfast which was not already provided. We couldn't think of anything as so much was choice was already provided! Touches such as mending my glasses beautifully, when I asked had only asked for some tape and flowers after I needed a plaster and some antiseptic after cutting myself on an outing made us feel very looked after. It is certainly an oasis of calm!" We were there during the rainy season, so while we didn’t see a lot of sun, there was a lot to keep us happy: terrific food, especially the breakfasts, lovely staff, and loads of activities to keep us busy. Really recommend the trip to the waterfalls as well as the sustainability tour around the plantation. A perfect example of how well they take care of their guests was when we had to have our dehumidifier replaced because it wasn’t working. It was done very promptly and to make up for the inconvenience (and it really was hardly an inconvenience at all!) they gave us a voucher for both of us to have a full Balinese massage which was heavenly. Can’t recommend Munduk Moding Plantation enough.
