"The home is everything we hoped it would be for our family gathering. Everyone enjoyed the relaxing evenings on the back porch watching the sunset. So much so, 3 out of 4 fell asleep out there! Plenty or rooms and space 9 people. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Scott had fantastic communication with us before and during our stay. If you're looking for a lovely home by the lake and enjoy peace and quiet, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature, this is the home you need to rent!! 10/10!!!"

"We only stayed one night here just passing through on our way to Alabama, but I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the shower was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The best part was the breakfast! It was laid out so well, very clean, and delicious. Maybe one of the best for a hotel breakfast! Kathy was so pleasant and attentive. We will definitely stay here again!"

"We had a guys weekend here and loved every second of it! The hosts do so many things to make you feel right at home the second you walk in. Everything is organized and clean. The instructions for checking in and out are simple and communicated perfectly. We brought our own kayaks and had an easy time getting them down to the lake. The pool is a great size and it’s very well maintained. The amenities were above and beyond! The host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. This was the best rental experience I’ve ever had, personally!"

"This house was great. The location offered peace and quiet. The house was so cute and well stocked with anything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was awesome. Shower was hot. Big fluffy towels which I love. We used the fire pit and got to relax outside in the evening. Only thing we forgot was marshmallows. I definitely loved the location. It was close enough to Sweetwater for shopping. Cute town with stores. We also drove the 45 minutes to Knoxville which was an easy drive. I will recommend get what you need in town to cook or snack. Well stocked with cooking and kitchen equipment to cook. WiFi worked great. We will definitely be back here. I can imagine this is gorgeous in the fall with all the trees as this is definitely out in the country with some bra country roads to wander on."

"The house and property was fantastic and the view stunning. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. We love the pool in the hot tub. the Terrace view. Marine is close by. The only negative we would have is a suggestion to put doors on the master bedroom upstairs and a handrail going down the rock steps to the dock. Awesome vacation."
