Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. It was what 5star should be and isnt in most places. The staff were attentive and incredibly helpful making my special requests a reality
The property itself is beautiful think expensive marble brass elevator smaller rooms but huge bed and great shower the view and tiny balcony allowed me to vape safely without worry. The view was wild. Very cool. Rooftop tiki bar intimate and cool. I would recommend to any couples looking for a truly world class romantic spot. Def NOT for families. Just too romantic and that was a-\○k with us!!!! Oh and buffet was delicious and top quality
