great place for family of 4 - not a large room but enough space for luggage, sleep, and to have breakfast in the room. Great area, nice coffee shops and bard just round the corner

Very attentive staff and exceptional accommodations. Beautiful river view and well located with quick connections to the tram system make this hotel an excellent destination

5 th floor small room with elevator only going one level lower was slightly inconvenient. Sauna was extra charge and needed reservation. Location in Jewish quarters was great as restaurants next door were excellent for food, drink and people watching . Worth every Sloty

Important warning: there isn't anywhere particularly close to this hotel where a car can park (without paying); I ended up just hopping out quickly on the side of a busy road, which isn't ideal. The staff are really lovely, and the breakfast at the restaurant they work with (it's nearby, you can buy vouchers from the hotel if you want but I did not) is *really* good. The rooms themselves are almost nice, but clearly not fully thought out and full of cheap materials. The doorframe in the bathroom was clearly very swollen from repeated water exposure then painted over (the shower is a walk-in shower and there's no way to prevent it from splashing out to the doorframe/door). There's a cut out of the bottom of the bathroom door, presumably the part that kept getting splashed. There were chunks out of the veneer on the bathroom door and stains on the carpet, and at least one screw missing from the bathroom vanity. My door was hard to close all the way - I had to lean my full weight against it to get it to latch. The view over the water is nice, but be prepared for people on tour boats and kayakers to wave at you if you leave the curtain open (which, why wouldn't you, the view and sunshine from the floor-to-ceiling windows are lovely). Overall, it was very convenient to be right by the Forum for a variety of food/drinks (no Polish food sadly) and I liked the view, but the place was clearly cheaply constructed which makes me hesitate to recommend it or stay there again myself.

Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. It was built in the 14th century, most likely as someone's home. It is a boutique "hotel". The ground floor is a Michelin rated restaurant and the floors above have 1 apartment each. From the outside it looks like you are walking into a restaurant. Very interesting concept. We loved it. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Definitely NOT a tourist trap-like restaurant.
