In addition we can offer flexible bedding configuration in Beds 3 & 4 which can be either a 1 x King or 2 x Singles. Very comfortable and perfect for our group. Amenities very good with the addition of an extra fridge in the laundry which is handy. Toaster kept tripping the power so this will need to be replaced. Basic pots, pans & cooking utensils are provided. These probably need to be looked at and upgraded. Would like to see linen included in the daily rental fee and the housekeeping/cleaning was average. The master bedroom and double room were a good size, unfortunately the 2 other bedrooms are quite small and are only suited to small children. Only one shower could be used at a time as the hot water would either scald you or there would be none. The quality of the bathrooms and kitchen are dated but still clean and usable. The dishwasher was not of adequate size for a property that accommodates 8 people and did not work properly. ##### NEASA J.
