"I had a mixed experience during my stay. Upon arrival around 12:00 PM, I was informed at reception that my room was not ready and was asked to return at 3:00 PM. When I came back at approximately 3:00 PM, I was again told that the room was still not ready. The staff member who had assisted me earlier left without providing any update or solution. Only later did another staff member assist me, mentioning that he did not understand why I had not already received a key. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room was not working, which affected the comfort of the stay. The room itself appears to be recently renovated, and the size is quite good and comfortable. However, there were renovation works taking place during the day, which caused noticeable noise. This was not communicated in advance. On the positive side, the hotel offers a good breakfast, the room and facilities were clean, and the surrounding area is pleasant and quiet. Overall: Good facilities, spacious rooms, and nice location, but the check-in experience, lack of communication, and maintenance issues need improvement."

"The view was amazing and the food was really good. Dinner was delicious and the service was excellent. The spa area and breakfast were also very good. However, the room unfortunately did not meet our expectations, especially considering we paid extra for a superior room. The condition of the room was not great, several power outlets didn’t work, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, and the balcony wall had some visible damage. Bathrobes were initially missing, but they were provided quickly after we asked. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and would come again, but we would definitely choose a better room next time."

"The gym, pool, spa is under construction. There are close to zero amenities at the moment. Only a bedroom with a few machines posing as a gym, and the bar. I can imagine this hotel is great when amenities are offered. Without, the price is not justified at all. The lack of amenities was not clear when we booked, and we regretted spending a high price per night for the current offering. "
