Great apartment for small family for 10 days as home away from home, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, very clean and safe with entry phone. Not far to local transport. The only minus is bit awkward checking in, have to contact property for check in instructions.

We’ve just returned from a great stay here. I’ll be honest, I didn’t realise when I booked it that it wasn’t a typical hotel and it made me feel a bit nervous after reading a couple of reviews suggesting the check it process was difficult. However, the host was very helpful and provided the information in the way they said they would. We checked in online via a link and the check in process was made very clear to us. It was a lovely clean place and the bed was super comfortable.

Good property and as advertised. They could offer more pillows and tea. The instructions for access need to be far clearer. Once you are in it's ok but it's circuitous and not clear. Took 20 mins longer to just get through the front door than it should have.

After check-in a cleaning service and electrician showed up. The kitchen is beautiful and big but if you intend to cook, there are just a few utensils and dishes, no supplies for cleaning dishes. the shower wasn’t working well and could be more clean. The location was great and the staff friendly. for a group of 6 we needed to ask several times for a second key. The communication before the stay could be more responsive . it has great potential, but a better customer oriented service and sup lies would make it to 4

Great location to get to metro and shopping.
