Overall it was a good stay. Excellent location, everything is really walking distance and Eletronica Powisle is amazing.
The towels in the apartments are in bad condition. The WIFI was also a little spotty.
There were not many utensils available. It was only two of us in a big apartment. If you had a bigger group you would not have enough.
Unfortunately some of the glasses were not clean and we had to wash them.
I like the apartment overall and I oved the location. They could definitely improve on the quality and it would be a 5 start experience.

After check-in a cleaning service and electrician showed up.
The kitchen is beautiful and big but if you intend to cook, there are just a few utensils and dishes, no supplies for cleaning dishes.
the shower wasn’t working well and could be more clean.
The location was great and the staff friendly.
for a group of 6 we needed to ask several times for a second key.
The communication before the stay could be more responsive .
it has great potential, but a better customer oriented service and sup lies would make it to 4
