The apartment was clean and a short walk to Old Krakow. The Galleria was great to see families enjoying a nice summer night. The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. Also had requested a double bed but did not receive this. Was really hard to get hold of staff to communicate. Hotel itself was lovely area and still would not put me off going again.

A very beautiful and unique stay. The morning breakfast was delivered to our room was incredible. A special recognition to Victor and the young women on the staff who were so friendly and professional.
