"This was a wonderful location within a reasonable walking distance to the train station. The hotel itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. I did not use it, but there was a lap pool and a dry sauna and gym on the property. The kitchen was well appointed and a grocery store was on the same corner. The bathroom was very nice and had a bathtub. I enjoyed having a balcony looking out onto the courtyard.
The hotel is within walking distance to many great sights and walking along the water. I travelled solo and had a great time!
The hotel serves a buffet breakfast which was really good and a nice way to start the day if you haven't purchased anything for your own groceries."
"Only a one night stay but warm welcome from the staff, room very clean, comfortable with the added bonus of a balcony with views out to the port, sea and Denmark. We only had a drink in the bar but it had a nice feel to it and was reasonably busy. Hotel is also close to the bus/ train transport hub and a short walk into the old part of Helsingborg."
"The location couldn’t be more convenient: the hotel is directly across from Østerport metro and train station, with straightforward connections to the airport. A grocery store is just across the street, along with a 7-Eleven, JOE & THE JUICE, and an Espresso Café—handy for picking up coffee or a sandwich. Restaurants and other cafés are a little farther away, but Strøget, Copenhagen’s main shopping street, is about 1.8 km from the hotel. Other attractions, including the Little Mermaid, Rosenborg Castle, and the Botanical Garden, are also within walking distance.
Coffee and tea are provided in the room. I would have appreciated a small fridge for cold snacks and my medication, although the reception staff kindly stored my medicine in their fridge. I stayed in the train sleeper room with my two older children. Trains passing by are audible, but after a full day exploring on foot, we were so tired that we slept like babies. I didn't need to use the earplugs provided in the room.
Next time, I’ll remember to bring my own hotel slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, conditioner, and other essentials, as these aren't provided. Otherwise, I’d happily stay here again if I have the chance to visit Copenhagen."
"Lovely place to stay, close to the sea, train station, parks, shopping, and historical sites. Clean and staff were so wonderful and kind and helpful. Loved it! Will return soon!"
"Very very far from the center. Located in the docks. If you have nothing to do in this area avoid this hotel. Very limited food and entertainment around the hotel."
"Great stay for out of country couple. Staff made it easy and accommodated and extra half an hour at checkout. Complimentary dinner and breakfast was well stocked and kept clean with great service"
"All was excellent including the outstanding ocean views. I did find it odd that I requested a superior twin room with a bathtub and instead received a wheelchair accessible room with remote control beds. Perhaps something was lost in translation? No matter, the hotel and rooms are fantastic and close proximity to the ferry from Denmark. Outstanding experience. What an amazing breakfast - clean, quiet and breathtaking views from this property. Wow Sweden, wow!"
