Our thatched-roof house, furnished with great attention to detail in a country-style design, offers pure rest and relaxation in every season. We have placed great emphasis on a bright and welcoming interior as well as particularly high-quality furnishings. The house is just a few minutes’ walk from one of Rügen’s most beautiful and longest beaches, the Schaabe.
Ground Floor: Spacious and sunny living-dining area with three large patio doors, views of the garden and forest, a wood-burning stove with a large 180-degree panoramic glass panel, a cosy sofa with armchairs and a footstool, TV/Sat (flat-screen) for a true cinema experience, stereo system with radio/CD player. Open and fully equipped country-style kitchen with a 4-burner stove (ceramic cooktop), oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, exhaust fan (ventilation), two coffee makers (filter and pods/Senseo), electric kettle, toaster, hand blender, and mixer, Villeroy & Boch tableware. 1st Bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), large closet, and private access to the terrace. Beautiful bathroom with toilet and floor-to-ceiling shower. Utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Upper floor: 2nd bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers, cosy reading chair in the dormer, black flat-screen TV with built-in DVD player (compatible with gaming consoles; no TV reception). 3. Bedroom with a French double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a desk by the window (dormer), and a chest of drawers. 4. Bedroom with 2 single beds (100 cm x 200 cm), a chest of drawers, and a flat-screen TV. Large closet in the hallway. Spacious, light-filled bathroom with a large sauna (window offering a view), toilet, two-person bathtub under a high dormer window, floor-to-ceiling shower, large towel dryer, and hair dryer. All bedrooms and the bathroom offer views of the garden and/or the forest.
Outdoor amenities: Spacious terrace (approx. 87 sqm) facing south, east, and west with a beautiful view of the forest; ideally situated to follow the sun’s path from sunrise to sunset; generous lawn area surrounding the house; sunny and shaded spots under tall trees, high-quality patio furniture and a large garden table (seats 8), a beach chair, sun loungers, a tree hammock, a separate barbecue island, and optional tree lighting in the evening.

Away from the hustle and bustle, in picturesque surroundings and in close proximity to the Baltic Sea beach lies the approximately 756-square-meter property with mature trees, in a very quiet and sunny location right on the edge of the forest.
In the living room and bedrooms, the windows feature insect screens and louvered shutters for soft, filtered light. All beds are equipped with high-quality 7-zone pocket-coil mattresses, which are fully protected by hypoallergenic encasings. Duvets and pillows with encasings are also made of hypoallergenic material. Underfloor heating (individually adjustable per room) and Wi-Fi (4G-LTE) throughout the house.
CO₂-neutral operation thanks to a modern heat pump and certified green electricity, in-house water filtration and water softening system, large washing machine (14 programmes) and convenient dryer available free of charge, steam iron and ironing board, as well as a clothes drying rack.
Holiday library for children and adults, including travel guides, literature, and board games. The beach and Bodden are easily accessible on foot through a beautiful pine forest. Excellent biking and hiking trails right next to the house, a U-shaped bike rack, and a double parking space on the property. Shopping, a bakery, and a variety of good restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Non-smoking home; no pets allowed.
