The only saving graces for this place is that it’s next to a gas station and convenience/fast food store and close to the Philadelphia bridges. Other than that it was terrible experience. It had a seedy feel with the hookers and meth heads hanging nearby. One asked my boyfriend if he needed ice while my bf was holding the bag of ice in his hand. The WiFi needs a code to connect, so we check in on a Saturday and connect our phones and TV to stream. Sunday at Midnight it stops working. I ask the front desk, they say the code changes every week on Sunday. Guess it was too much trouble to give us a heads up. Then the WiFi kept losing connection with our devices and even slowed down the TV streaming. I call the front desk again and they say they are working on it they had to shut it down. Ice machine is broken I had to buy ice at the gas station. Key was de-magnetized twice for some reason without it touching any of our credit cards I had to go to the office each time to re-magnetized it. And the room phone wasn’t working when we checked in I tell the front desk they had no clue why. I had to be McGuyver and figure out what was wrong, I fixed it after 20min of switching around wires. Will DEFINITELY NOT be staying here again.

Upon arriving to check in at 9:30pm the room was not ready. I was told it was being cleaned and it would be a 5 minute wait, more like 30 minutes. A woman comes out to give me the key card. She than stated that its one of the new rooms and to not mess it up & please don't smoke. I told her we're only here to sleep! Once we got upstairs to the room the same woman was coming out of the room and as we were going in she stated again its a new room OKAY! I don't know what she thought we would do to it?! Anyway....The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Based on service I don't recommend this place and wouldn't stay there again.

Jebus this place was something. The office is locked and you have to hit a buzzer to get someone to come to a window where everything is done through a small slot. Definitely doesn’t inspire a feeling of safety upon arrival. Checking in the guy showed up after a few minutes. Checking out took much longer. I actually had to call the motel, was put on hold, and then she came back and said she couldn’t get in touch with anyone either. Why is the motel phone number outsourced and how is that even a real answer? Anyways, room was clean. No water pressure in the shower. Maybe it’s one of those low flow save the planet shower heads, but it’s not. Toilet wasn’t great. Thankfully I didn’t have to poop because the water flushed in slow motion and eventually not at all. Fridge made a loud clicking noise the whole time. I rarely leave negative reviews but this place was nuts. I’ve never stayed at a motel where the office was locked with a set up like a drive thru bank slot. Stay somewhere else.
