Some of the staff went above and beyond and were super friendly and personable, and others were quite cold and unwelcoming. My father was in the bath when someone entered his room for no reason. We went and complained and were told it was simply just a member of the supervisor team checking in on the room. We think this was so strange and unacceptable. They should know who is in a room and who is not before coming in. There was no knock on the door either when they came in making it quite an embarrassing experience.
