At the crossroads of the ski resorts of Grand Bornant and La Clusaz in less than 10 minutes by car, it can accommodate on the ground floor completely independent, 10 people with 4 bedrooms (3 double beds and 4 single beds), a large lounge / living room / kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces and a large flat garden with 360 ° mountains. Description: Entrance : The accommodation consists of an entrance / hall / ski room of 15 m2 with washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, sink and many storage spaces. La pièce de vie est assez grande pour ne pas être les un sur les autres. Il est très bien situé si vous voulez être au calme des stations, qui restent très proches (mais qui sont bondées lors des vacances scolaires donc beaucoup de circulation pour y accéder, mais des navettes sont à disposition proche du châlet.) Des petites choses nous ont toutefois manquées comme davantage de produits de première nécessité pour la salle de bain et la cuisine (du savon pour les mains avec essuies mains ou plus d'épices pour cuisiner, ou encore des tablettes lave-vaisselle..) ##### Mélanie R. La literie est confortable . A l'entrée du chalet la buanderie est tres pratique. Le village du Grand Bornand, pour le ski est à environ 10/15 minutes en voiture. La literie est excellente, le poêle très apprécié. La boulangerie juste en bas fait du très bon pain et de très bonnes pâtisseries. La fromagerie du village vend d'excellents fromages. Nous étions 8 adultes et 2 enfants et l'espace était bien suffisant. Étant situé au rez-de-chaussée, la pièce à vivre manque peut être juste un peu de luminosité... Très bonne situation géographique, proche de La Clusaz pour les skieurs. Une très bonne boulangerie accessible juste en contrebas du chalet et de bons commerces à St Jean de Sixt, le Grand Bornan ou La Clusaz. Communication très facile avec le propriétaire qui a toujours répondu à toutes nos questions pour préparer notre séjour. Merci! ##### Nadège K. Idéal pour les familles. La pièce de vie est spacieuse, les chambres confortables et la literie de qualité. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Clémence, la personne en charge de l'entretien du chalet. En revanche, le chalet n'était pas accessible car l'accès non déneigé. Cela nous a posé quelques difficultés logistiques et pour l'une d'entre nous, à mobilité réduite. ##### Fanny H. Nous avons passé une super semaine entre amis (2couples + 3 enfants de 6, 4 et 1 ans) le logement très confortable et fonctionnel. Jardin idéal pour les enfants qui ont pu jouer en toute sécurité et repas à l’extérieur avec vue magnifique sur les montagnes, très agréable d’être juste en dehors de l’agitation de la Clusaz etc. A moins de 20min du chalet il y a un nombre incalculable d’activités pour les petits et de randos pour tous les niveaux. La montagne en été c est oui! Surtout au Jamoo :) à refaire sans hésiter. ##### Axel Z. Des balades à faire sur place sans prendre la voiture, juste nécessaire pour faire de petites courses. Le chalet est spacieux , joli et confortable , la pièce principale est vraiment agréable pour les veillées avec son poêle à bois .
