There was plenty of room for all of us plus some extra and it was very clean when we arrived. Be aware the stairs down to the basement are quite steep so those rooms aren’t for people with mobility issues. The home is spacious and fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and offered many amenities. The location is great. We traveled to Glenwood Springs by train and were able to walk most places. 1 1/2 blocks away was Central Market and Walgreens. There was a bus stop there, you could choose to ride the bus within city limits free of charge. FYI they even allow luggage if it doesn’t block the asile. We were able to take it to the Adventure Park snd Glenwood Springs Hot Springs, which offers a huge family pool. We even took it to Walmart where it was a short walk to the meeting place for a rafting experience, The home was so comfortable, we had 9 of of stay there and never felt crowed. The bathrooms were well done, one upstairs and one down. The kitchen and dining area accommodated all our needs. We had so much fun! I would recommend this vacation home to anyone. ##### Judith J.
