The outdoor spaces are just as impressive—with over 3,300 sq ft covered porches that include a fireplace, outdoor dining and lounge seating, ping pong, and another 100” TV, plus a screened-in porch with a TV, and a 3 bay covered cabana over the pool featuring a hot tub, an fitness area, and a traditional cabana lounge area.

*** Kids and adults both win here with a kids playground, putting green, volleyball, a tube slide off the back deck, a firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and a wood-burning firepit surrounded by porch swings and hammocks.

*** When it’s time to rest, Farmhouse & Co. delivers true group luxury with five king master suites (each with a private bath), two bunk rooms, and a sleeper sofa in the loft, sleeping up to 30+ guests comfortably.
