Nearby attractions include Bacchus Marsh, the scenic Lerderderg State Park, the medieval-themed Kryal Castle, and the charming town of Ballan—perfect for a day of exploring. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home,"Rowsley Valley Tiny House 1," available with 24 hours' notice. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings. Upon arrival, please open the main gate and proceed to the second gate to find the tiny house.
