"The apt was clean enough. Felt a bit like being in a dormitory. The soap dispensers were half full. Ashtray with cigarette butts was left outdoors on the table and was filled with rain water. "Beautiful stay at this 150 year old property. Intimately sized which is nice. Nicely updated with new furniture & plumbing. Scrumptious bed. Enjoyed the restaurant for 2 dinners & had lovely meals. My only surprises were that I had to stand on a chair to use the hairdryer near a mirror. And when I asked if they could call a taxi I was told “no.” And they could not provide any taxi numbers to call either. For a hotel of this caliber that was unexpected. All in all - it’s a very special memory having stayed there"
