The Antlers bar and restaurant was very convenient to have dinner after a long day exploring Skye without going to far and the included breakfast was a similar lifesaver. The staff are so kind and the check in/out process was super fast and simple My only warning would be that there is no lift, which they mention on their website, but figured I’d reiterate. It's a cozy room with everything you need, but gets a little snug when you spend two whole days stuck in there 😂 Definitely the smallest room of my trip! It's right in the middle of town, next to the bus stop, so it was incredibly convenient. The restaurant is delicious, too, which is good because it's a small town and there aren't many other options. I ate all my meals there and had no complaints. Plus, breakfast was a cold buffet & hot menu, which was a nice change of pace from the other places I stayed around Scotland, which all had identical buffets. The bathroom was actually surprisingly big, considering the room size, but I had trouble with the shower. It would cycle between too-hot and too-cold every ten seconds or so, with very brief intervals at a reasonable temperature. I had to leave early for work but there were no slots available for breakfast 8:15 was the earliest though service started a 7am. It was not busy in the restaurant when I left. Could easily have served one more person.
