The hotel was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and very clean.
The highlights were the spa and the breakfast. The salmon was the best I have ever tasted.

Lovely property but getting to rooms difficult and very small elevator. Asked for help with luggage and all he did was bring up trolley. We are 4 seniors. Dinner in hotel lovely but need more experienced help. She was only about 16 and couldn’t answer any questions nor figure out how to do two bills. A hotel of this quality needs better staff

"The location is very close to the eyre square , the bus station and many restaurants, they have a bar a small breakfast and coffee shop. It is a little noisy at night but if you wear your earplugs you should be fine."

"The room was rather Spartan. No drawers for clothes. Plumbing was primitive( some sort of pump toilet). All electric was slave to key card. No idea how to turn on anything including coffee brewer, individual light switches, and several room lights. Only a comforter on the bed, no sheets resulting ..."

Our issue with Nox Hotel was that there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the room was constantly humid and smelled damp.
