8.6/10 Excellent! (136 reviews)
Excellent central location with easy access to transport links.
As it's not on a proper road it's very quiet at night, so no sleep disturbance.
Tea bags and milk were refilled daily without asking (sounds odd to mention but you don't always get that in my experience). It's nice to get back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing and have a brew.

"The hotel was clean and comfortable! The staff was helpful and very kind. My only complaint was really about breakfast and the availability of fresh coffee! We stayed about a week and ate breakfast in the hotel almost every morning. The buffet never changed!! So it was pretty tiring after a few days ..."

"We stayed here for 1 night after attending a wedding in Ballymena. The hotel has a welcoming, comfortable feel about it as a first impression and, the staff were very helpful from the start. Our room was OK but the bathroom a bit tired looking. Breakfast choices very good."

9.4/10 Exceptional! (405 reviews)
"I had bigger expectations for this hotel. On a positive note, the view is absolutely stunning. The exterior and the garden. The room did not look like the images I saw. It was a bit of a let down. I felt the woman on reception was dismissive and condescending to me. I didn't get my room until after ..."
