Our room and ensuite was fine. We booked cheapest room so bathroom compact. Common kitchen / lounge had washing machine dish washer & microwave . TV not working ( we didn’t ctc host to fix as no real time to enjoy)Location a bit grungy. Outside Rubbish a problem so urge owners to fix this. Great if you have a car as easy free parking. Convenient shopping centre about 15 min walk

Very nice apartment, easy check in, with good location near to Queens University Belfast, great walking access to Ormeau park for any booked festivals or events. Close to the hop on hop off bus route. Would definately stay there again.
