Such a great team of staff but I’m afraid I don’t know their names to thank them individually."

"No menu, service slow, bedroom windows latches faulty, bedroom door lock very slack, central heating not working. However bed very comfortable and bathroom recently spruced up. Hotel surroundings poor with no obvious main entrance. WIFI POOR TO NON EXISTENT"
