The room was dusty and small not the cleanest. They make you pay a $100 security deposit which none of the guest seem aware of. I paid $44 for breakfast and it was not breakfast at all a coffee cake , tea, coffee, or juice. My daughter wanted breakfast made and was going to pay. My daughter is 13 the lady ignored her the whole time and made an entire family breakfast. Not the best experience in a hotel it was convent because it’s across the street from Wegmans. There was a convention going on and it made the hotel very busy. That wasn't the problem though. First off there was no coffee offered in the lobby in the mornings. The hotel needs some updating in the rooms. It's a old hotel I understand that, but there was barely any hot water, the room was either to cold or too hot (ac didn't kick in at all), the bathroom toilet broke in the middle of the night, the shower curtain was falling apart, and the mini fridge did not work well. Everything I ordered from the restaurants were subpar, not to mention I waited 40 minutes for a Fish and chips only to be told they sold out. I still can't wrap my head about that. I don't understand how you can order something, wait 40 minutes, then told it's sold out. Some employees were super nice, while others were very rude. My whole experience was negative.
