THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beautiful view visible from all rooms in this comfortable townhouse. The unit is well outfitted with kitchen items and bathrooms have complimentary hair products, soaps and tissues. Lots of windows that open and provide nice air flow and soothing sounds of breaking waves at night to lull you to sleep. Great location and lovely complex. Only creative criticism would be that the unit needs some updating-stained carpeting and over used towels. Stairs are quite steep and may not be suitable for very young children and older adults. The bed was the WORST I have slept on in my entire life and we are people with a teacher budget. It is clear that the owner is content with making money and not putting any money back into the condo for its guest. The carpet, couch, chairs, tvs all need replaced and updated. ##### Randall M.
