Beautiful view. Nice clean unit. The only downside is that the bedrooms are in the front of the unit ( away from water) , so they don’t get much airflow, or breeze. The single beds were flimsy and only meant for light weight children. One bathrooms had peeling wallpaper, the other cracked shower tiles. A master bath outlet was not functioning. The coffee maker stopped working during our stay. This South Beach unit was in the poorest condition of any we have annually rented over the past 8 years. ##### David Z. Very comfortable condo. It was nice to be able to just walk out to the beach with the little kids, and Glen Arbor was literally a few minutes drive away. The condo was clean and bright.
