"A great village to use as a base to explore the Rhine near Korblenz. High spec apartment, super breakfast and charming hosts."

"Reasonable cost but it's their policy to have nobody at the front desk to ask for help and no breakfast options. Communication through the third party (Expedia) app was 5 days late. "I liked how they gave the hotel room names, not just room numbers. I wish my room looked the same as the room pictured in the ads. mine looked "older". my room was very clean and I liked having the kitchenette. I think the instructions to enter the building could be a little clearer. I was quite jetlagged, and it took me a while to figure out which of the three keypads to use to enter the building. Just tell people to use the small black keypad, and also use the same code to enter your room as...

"Facility was in a great location, and the room was excellent. The check in process was informal, may not have been a regular employee; we got the keys fine, but no wifi password. Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. Overall I think we would stay again, the hotel facilities are great, but the customer interaction (or lack thereof) needs some work."
