There were some problems with the heating which were never resolved and you need yo have an instruction book or leaflet rather than relying only on online videos. All the instructions were via video but link from app didn’t work. Water heater made terrible noise when you turned on the hot water. The shower was just a hand held so you couldn’t stand under the running water as the showerhead holder was loose. No welcome pack - ie instructions, tea bags, coffee etc (perhaps I have been spoiled when staying at other places).
