We had a large comfortable clean room. All staff which we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The evening meal was really good as was the breakfast with plenty of options. The hotel is really convenient for shopping and theatres with parking available only a few minutes walk away.

Excellent hotel , 5 mns from Buchanan bus station where airport bus stops , 10 from Queen Street train station , 5 mns and into centre ,and still quite location. Will stay there again so well recommened.

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Room was very nice and clean with the bed very comfortable. Only thing that could have been better was breakfast. Quite a small space for obtaining food and unfortunately the hot stuff was luke warm or cold. Overall would recommend as a place to stay.

Well located hotel for the three main theatres and the room was great with comfortable bed and an excellent shower in the en suite. Unfortunately we felt the hotel was significantly let down by the poor quality breakfast and disinterested staff. Tables left uncleared, no vegetarian option (either pre-prepared or by request) and the buffet items we tried (beans & tomato) were between cool & lukewarm in temperature. If breakfast was improved it’d be a first rate hotel.
