Disliked: Check-in, communication

Very little information provided about access and parking and no hot water or heating which we had to contact the owner about. Boiler had to be turned on every morning and was leaking badly. Not what we expected to have to do and what we paid for. Crockery is old and chipped and needs to be replaced.
