The space was bigger than it looked online and the property was a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. We didn’t realize that there was a washing machine but no dryer, but there were drying racks provided both inside and outside, and we managed just fine. One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable- we could feel all of the springs- but the other 2 were good. It’s a beautifully remodeled space and a great place to stay. ##### Paula P. The kitchen is well equipped. Ian and Linda were the perfect hosts. Linda responded promptly to messages prior to arrival, and she was out of the country. We were greeted by Ian and his adorable cocker spaniel Willie , who was a friendly visitor during our stay. The cottage is ideally situated for trips to Glasgow, Edinburgh Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. It is in a quiet location with beautiful gardens and we enjoyed some country walks nearby.
