"The She Shed was great. Cozy little spot. Stayed for three nights and slept great. The hosts we're awesome: helpful and hospitable. The cabin was stocked well enough that we could cook a little breakfast in the morning and head off to Mammoth Cave for some hiking during the day. Really happy I found this spot. Glamping is where it's at."

"My family stayed for 2 nights during a long road trip. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby, pool and breakfast was clean and well maintained. The rooms on the other hand need a lot of work in the cleaning department. On arrival we were given a room, the room had a pungent odor of vomit, the carpets looked gross and the base of the bed looked dirty. The fridge was leaking into a drip pan and definitely wasn't cleaned for a while as it was full of slimy, smelly water. We had to ask for a different room and the lady at the desk was very helpful and gave us a new room right away. The new room didn't stink of vomit but it definitely smelled like mold/mildew. The carpet again looked dirty, there was grime and dust behind all of the fixtures and furniture. The tv was stuck on demo mode with no remote to fix it. We just stuck it out as we were exhausted from driving all day and would be out of the room most of the following day. The sheets and pillows were clean and smelled like bleach at least. To top it off, a cockroach crawled out of the tissue holder the morning we were packing to leave. I wouldn't reccomend staying here"
"Room was clean and ground floor accessible, so no elevators or luggage hauling. However, the pool was not operational, and there was nobody to turn the keys into and check out with the next morning, and much of the breakfast stuff was gone although we were there more than an hour before they closed."
"It was a great place to stay located in the middle of the National Park. Cave tours and numerous trails are all centrally located. We ate at both restaurants and enjoyed both of them. We had a great time and glad we came."
