Studio near the ocean and shops

Three years ago, my wife and I decided to move to the Vendée region. We bought a traditional Vendée house, which we completely renovated, and converted the garage into a charming, cosy little studio for our guests’ comfort.
The house is located in Givrand, 4 km from the centre of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, a wonderful place to live, with the ocean just a stone’s throw away and the countryside nearby. For cycling enthusiasts, there are numerous bike paths.

The studio features a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, an entryway/living area with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. It also includes a pantry, a kitchen with a sink, a shared washing machine, a refrigerator, an induction cooktop, and a microwave. The entire space covers 35 m².
Ideal for one person or a couple.
The newly converted garage includes a sink, electric oven, and barbecue.
To enjoy the garden area, tables, chairs, a parasol, and lounge chairs are available for guests.
