Ants found in room. Breakfast was ok. Make your own espresso. Also note that the hotel is down a steep slope. That you will need to use every time you leave the hotel. They will bring your luggage down when you arrive by calling the hotel. Taxi will come directly to the hotel but road narrow.

Staff were lovely, very welcoming. Apartment was clean, well maintained and as advertised. Breakfast was lovely. Only issue for us was the need to taxis due to a lack of public transport and the walk into town wasn’t very easy. That being said we travelled with 2 children, 8 and 10

9.2/10 Wonderful! (686 reviews)
Beautiful balcony with garden view and we could also see Castelmola! Configuration of the room wasn't the greatest. There was no space to put our second luggage but we made it work. Shower had neon florescent lighting which was different. Also, didn't really care for the shower curtain, for an upscale hotel would think there would be a glass shower door. Loved the location, walk down the stairs and you arrive at the Duomo!

Great hotel and secure parking.
"I stayed here to be nearer the airport for my flight the next day. I was really surprised how good this hotel was for the money and people very friendly. Secure gated car park (probably the best I've had on my trip), nice and clean and great breakfast. Nothing else to say really. It's good."

9/10 Wonderful! (43 reviews)
"To begin with, the check-in experience was unfortunately very unwelcoming. Despite seeing how exhausted I was from a long night of arduous travel, the receptionist showed me no empathy or sensitivity as a fellow woman. Before I could even settle in or regain my composure, she immediately demanded ..."
