"Our room was falsely advertised with A/C which didn’t work, complained to reception on the first night and were told we could move the next day, to then be met by a rude receptionist the next day which said this wasn’t possible. The room was so unbearably hot we moved hotel for the rest of our stay. ..."

"We were placed in a room that smelled like marijuana. We were transferred to another room but that room smelled like dog pee. They were nice enough to transfer us to different rooms but it was stressful to pack and unpack our luggage to make the move instead of being relaxed while on vacation."
