This is one of the best hotels in Ordu, with all tourist amenities nearby. The location was amazing. Our room, air-conditioning, washroom, staff service, everything was great. The most important thing that stood out for us was the hotel staff, who sincerely provided very professional and great service to us. So a BIG thank you to hotel staff. We loved our stay. Thank you

We don’t smoke but were booked into a smoking room. Only one of the four floors was for smokers and the receptionist said we might be able to switch rooms the following day, but we didn’t feel the need since the room was very clean and didn’t have the smell of smoke or other odors. The service staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was very good with a lot of options. We would definitely stay at this location again.
