"We had a great time at the resort! Clean and very friendly environment! The moment we entered the place, we already felt the warmth, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff! Special mention to Marielle and Ace! Although some area are still under construction, like water park, more kubo to stay and additional glamping domes in the future, we know that this is a place for family, barkada and couple or single to enjoy! The restaurants added convenience to your stay! Glad that there’s a resort like this in San Pablo City! We will definitely come back! "

"Clean room, staff were very attentive to our needs, no hot water on our first day but resolved right away, smells sewer in the bathroom but they took care of it. Minor things! Perfect location for us. Convenient and close to places we want to visit. Breakfast was great and the Chinese Restaurant in the same building was very good. I will consider staying here again in the near future."

"The whole second floor didn’t have hot water and we only realized this after settling in and unpacking. The hotel said the only thing they could do was change us to the 3rd floor. It was really inconvenient that late. The room with hot water was dirty and not renovated like the second floor. Aldo there are dangerous wild dogs in the parking lot that growled at the guests. That’s completely unacceptable. "

First room the toilet bowl doesn’t flush, second room smells terrible, third room the sink drainage is broken when used water splashes out directly on the floor not on the drainage, vacant lot near the room area is used for garbage. "Couple of the bed sheets were dirty. 3 bathrooms had heavy urine smell. Kitchen cabinets were falling apart. 2 small towels were issued for a party of 4 which was insufficient for the price of rental. House was comfortable except for those items. Located in a sub division, many skeleton houses, many 1/2 finished properties, many empty houses. Beach is filled with plastic trash . Employees at the community pool area are super nice but completely untrained. Owner of house was nice but zero written instructions for property were left with us on how to navigate our stay there."
